Anxiety Tee

Anxiety is in the air 

& I can barely breathe 

Everything is getting to me 

& There’s no earth between my feet 

This seems to be never ending

this game’s level is way too hard

“but people have it way worse”

And I realize that struggle is a relative word

That’s when I remind myself

That this too shall pass 

I tune into my pure energy 

& I find calm thru chaos 

even in chaotic or stressful situations.
